Hi, my name is Safoura...

I am a certified Hakomi Practitioner. My goal is to assist you to reconnect with your true nature and find your own unique voice
and path.

Through mindful somatic work, we can understand and study our internal conflicts, and different aspects of ourselves; who we really are, what are our non-negotiable needs, what we long for, what are our boundaries, ...

I like to collaborate creatively with clients, to awaken the natural curiosity and aliveness we all have. Together we set doable goals and find gentle steps to bring you into alignment with who you are.

of your psyche to discover the hidden treasures that will
unlock your potential to:

  • Transform and heal old patterns that do not serve you

  • Gain clarity and courage to walk your path

  • Be more free and fulfilled in your life

  • Learn key emotional intelligence skills

  • Learn how to expand your consciousness

  • Live a life that is balanced and full

“Hakomi… is something that I found very helpful for learning to feel again, after a lifetime of numbing and dissociation… it’s been a process to relearn how to feel, and to embrace that sensitivity as a gift and not just a liability.” – Tim Ferriss
